One of the best event of every year, HAIR O’ THE DOG, celebrated it’s 18th “birthday” at the Westin Hotel Philadelphia at LIberty Place last night. Over 1,500 + people, from all parts of town in “Black Tie” fashion were in attendance it was very exciting and lots of fun.
